At Monte Hermoso we focus our efforts on the individual well-being of each person. Our centers are open to families to participate, see and share experiences or experiences.

DAY CENTER

The day center is a socio-health resource for the elderly that offers specialized, interdisciplinary and person-centered day care.

We have an occupational therapy department with which cognitive stimulation activities are carried out and a physiotherapy department with which both group and individual activities are carried out with the main objective of maintaining or increasing the physical and motor capacity of the user.

Leisure and recreational activities are also carried out such as cinema, excursions, celebrations, directed games and a horticultural workshop that takes place on the terrace in the months when the weather is good.

MONTE HERMOSO RESIDENCE MADRID

The Monte Hermoso Madrid Residence began its activity in 2004, it is located next to one of the lungs of Madrid, which is the Casa de Campo, on Calle del Doctor Blanco Nájera, number 6, very well connected both by public transport (bus lines 39, 36, 65, metro line 06: Alto de Extremadura, line 10: batán) or by private transport (exit casa de campo M-30 direction A5)

ABOUT THE RESIDENCE

We have capacity for 130 residents and 50 for a day center. The typology of our Residents is for people with little dependency (Valid) or who require more degrees of assistance (Assisted). There are double rooms, all of them have a geriatric bathroom with the necessary technical aids (non-slip floor, geriatric shower, geriatric beds, support bars...) as well as an independent hot-cold air conditioning system, telephone, television socket and assistance call system. permanent.

We have Concerted Places with the Community of Madrid with both Total and Partial Financing, as well as private places.

FAMILY RESPITE

The objective is to promote the reconciliation of family, work and social life of families caring for dependent elderly people. It is intended to facilitate rest and reduce the stress and emotional overload of people who care for their relatives 365 days a year.

Cognitive stimulation activities are facilitated with the occupational therapy department, and physical stimulation activities with the physiotherapy department. In addition, recreational activities are carried out to liven up the day with the socio-cultural animation department.
